A Caring Manager Helps An Employee Address His Heavy And Hazardous Drinking After A Destroyed Relationship Barry dropped out of high school when he was fifteen years old and eventually found employment at a local chemical plant. For the last nine years he has gained a reputation as a hard-working and reliable employee who only once in a blue moon calls off work due to sickness.
